Around 1997 Toni took a week long work shop at the Eslan Institute in Big Sur, California. It was Toni’s first experience with fused glass and she fell in love with the process. In the beginning Toni studied books on fusing and experimented with every project. Later as the art became more popular she was able to take classes and develop her skills
Toni moved to Oregon in 2004 built her own glass studio, where she taught and worked until 2014 when she returned to the central coast . A year ago she closed her glass studio and is focusing on her copper enameling and metalsmithing.
